Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTE

If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may contact you to update it, which may cause delays.

Please fill in your address with all required details. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS). If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service with instructions on how and where to collect your package.

Standard shipping is Ground. We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or international destinations.

SHIPPING TIME & PRICE

Order Handling Time: 2 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday)

Transit Time: 4 - 9 business days (Monday - Friday)

Shipping Fee: Free shipping on all orders within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas territories).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore OOZY does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

SHIPPING & BILLING INFORMATION

To process and ship your order successfully, you must enter your first and last name, complete shipping/billing address (city, state, zip, country), phone number, and email address.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can go to our Order Tracking page to monitor your shipment. Please allow 1 business day for tracking information to activate on the carrier's website.

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of USA, without regard to its choice of law provisions.
